Madison City Employees of the Year Awards 2019

In keeping with our appreciation to our city’s police officers, firefighters, and city employees, we presented our annual Madison City Employees of the Year awards at City Hall.

Congratulations to the Officer of the Year, Police Officer Camron Gillespie; the Firefighter of the Year Captain Ryan Gentry, and Employee of the Year, Director of Development Services Mary Beth Broeren.  Nominated by their supervisors (Police Chief Dave Jernigan, Fire Chief David Bailey, and Mayor Paul Finley), these employees have demonstrated exemplary preformance in their service to our community.  We were honored to present them with individual plaques, inclusion of their names on a perpetual plaque, and a monetary gift.  Afterwards, we hosted a reception for them and their families at City Hall.
