One doesn’t have to look long or hard in our Rotary history to see Sandy Patel’s name on many of our service projects and leadership councils.
Each year, our Rotary leadership turns over to a new president — one that has been preparing for the task for at least three years.
Last month, we welcomed Carolina Tercero from Choluteca, Honduras and donated a load of vitamins for her to take back home.
Madison Rotarians Tom Lemieux and Dennis Sanders supported the Rotary Club of Greater Huntsville by helping them prepare and load pallets of school equipment, books, and material destined for Uganda.
This past Saturday, a group of Madison Rotarians gathered to continue their work on the Rotary Children’s Garden at the Madison Public Library.
.. but someone has to do it. The last time we had shovels in hand, we were planting trees at the Mill Road Greenway trail.
This past Saturday, we joined other community volunteers for the 25th School Supplies for Kids (SS Kids) project at Rainbow Elementary School.
